Many of our existing landlord clients have been retained for years and it is rare for our clients to move their management elsewhere.


We are commercially astute and understand the potential value to a landlord of a diminishing lease term, unconverted roof spaces and other development potential. 
We manage buildings with as few as two flats up to blocks with seventy units. 
The majority of managing agents are unwilling to become involved in small block management since it is generally perceived to be commercially unviable. 
However, if a portfolio includes several small sites, we will give consideration to taking these on.


One of our niche activities is the management of regulated tenancies, whether stand-alone or within blocks of sold-off flats. We know all about fair rents, security of tenure, housing act notices, succession and assured tenancies/rents.

Of course, we manage the usual assured shorthold tenancies too.


Freeholders running commercial high street businesses will often have responsibility for managing flats on the upper floors of their buildings which, for many, will be out of their comfort zone. We can take over this administrative burden.


If we are involved at an early stage of a development we can offer practical suggestions regarding proposed communal spaces and future services.

We are also able to assist with the drafting of service charge provisions in leases to ensure potential management conflicts in the future are minimised.
