Established in 1989 and based in Battersea, Bowood is a small independent property management company with a highly personal, professional and flexible approach.
The founder director, a chartered surveyor and chartered town planner, remains actively involved in the day-to-day management.
Our management portfolio mainly comprises purpose-built blocks, period conversions, tenanted/part-tenanted properties and developments with a commercial element.
Clients include freehold investors, family trusts and leaseholder-owned management companies.
We are regulated by both The Property Institute (TPI) and RICS.
